I just got a creepy thought.. Suppose the "Die with Dignity" clause of the plan is used to get rid of dissidents
Keep in mind that Rahm "Ballerina dead fish" Emmanuel's brother Eziechiel Emannuel has proposed that BASIC health care services should be witheld from people such as those with dementia.

So, The friendly government workers come to you when you are 65. You know, folks who have pictures of DEAR LEADER in every room in their house. They walk into your house and see the bible, a couple of NRA magazines and perhaps a pic of Sarah Palin. Now, further suppose you have diabetes. They counsel you on the "die with dignity" crap.

Then they get into their government prius with the obama stickers on it.

It seems that the Zimbabwe stye cronyism is already beginning. Robert Mugabe is known for redistributing business and wealth to his cronies. The result has been a shattered economy.

So, we now have OObama taking over private industry. Look up the economic meaning of Fascism for an idea of what is happening...ie state control of industry.

Now it seems that we have a real intereting situation. Obama has ordered that a number of dealerships be closed.. Amazingly all but one of the thousands of dealerships that were closed were donors to the GOP. The leftists argument is that dealerships are going to be mostly republican. Some people are going to be checking this claim out.

However, even if that were true, the following article makes a point in reference to discrimination cases. The gist is that this is not a viable excuse for the actions

First, even if we accept the proposition that most car dealers are more likely to be Republican than Democratic donors, there would still be a "disparate impact" from closings on one class of dealers, compared to the other. When the federal courts see a disparate impact on racial groups, the policy or action in question is typically held to be inappropriate.

You know, it would be sweet irony if the thousand or so dealerships affected would band together in a massive class action lawsuit against the administration and O-Zero personally. It would be delightful to watch the liberals hoist on their own petard (that of using the courts to pressure policy). However, they better do it quick before prezbo gets his super smart Scotus pick confirmed.

There is an LA Times article that outlines an obama administration plan to release captured chinese muslim terrorists in the US.

Their release is seen as a crucial step to plans, announced by President Obama during his first week in office, to close the prison and relocate the detainees. Administration officials also believe that settling some of them in American communities will set an example, helping to persuade other nations to accept Guantanamo detainees too.

Does everyone understand that??? Obama is going to take muslim terrorists, people who were captured trying to kill our soldiers, 'people' who believe that there are only three acceptable options for people who don't follow their 'religion': Death, Slavery or Conversion... and he is going ot allow these people to 'settle' in the US???

'You just can't do certain things (near these critical areas),' McIlhinney said. 'We think it's reasonable.'

'The basic idea is you don't want a gas station near a public drinking water well,' he said. 'Let's not store giant tanks of hazardous chemicals near a river.'

Here are some additional pictures from the Tea Party.

Above is the stage with the organizers and their families. Two moms from Doylestown got this great event together.

As you can see from the picture above, there was a good turnout. How can the lamestream media pretend to be anything but outrageously biased when there wasn't a single news camera in view?? If this were a left wing protest every lamestream 'journalist' would be there with the cameras rolling. Since this was a conservative event, they opted out. It isn't the fourth estate but rather a fifth column.

A lot of the local Pols were there as well. County Commissioner pictured below was one of the presenters. I also ran into Bill O'Neal who has run as an independent for State Rep several times.

Tom Lingenfelter, a really interesting gentleman, who has run for office several times as an Independent, gave one of the presentations. His theme was that the only way to change things is to work within the parties. The reality is that we are in a two party system. They make the rules and count the votes. In order to effect real change, you need to get involved with your party and help steer them in the right direction. IMHO, Tom is right on with this. I think it is especially convincing in that he has a strong record as an independent. Tom mentioned that many of the committee positions in both parties are empty. The parties want it that way because it gives them more control.

So, let me add to what Tom said. Get involved in your party. I've found them to be pretty decent people overall. If you are a Blue Dog Democrat, get involved with your party (Blue Dogs are the more conservative democrats). Let them know that ACORN is the left wing fringe fruitcakes and not representative of your views.

We also had a speaker who was born in Brazil. (Her name escapes me and, like a dope, I forgot to pick up a program - if you know here name, please post a comment)... Anyway, she spoke about the way the "progressives" took over Latin America. No one stopped them. She also talked about how our tax dollars are paying teachers who are openly advocating for liberals and democrats in their classrooms.

All in all, it was an impressive day. If you didn't make this one, keep your ears open for the next Tea Party. We have to let Washington and Harrisburg know how we feel or we risk the quick erosion of our wealth and liberty.

I have to go through my video and see if there is anything worth posting from that. Stay tuned.

It's been a busy week with lots of news. Something that should have jumped out at me went right over my head.

Why didn't the Navy take out the pirates when the captain of the Maersk Alablama jumped overboard??

That would have been a perfect chance to nail them. The captain was surely out of the line of fire from the Navy.

Well, this post at Theospark.net offers a possible explaination. Note that there isn't any verification of the source but it does seem credible. If you apply Occam's Razor to the situation, it seems that the facts fit the hypothesis.

The essence is... Our wonderful community organizer, a guy with no military experience other than hanging around with a terrorist who wanted to murder soldiers, a guy whose first act in office was to basically coddle and release the Gitmo prisoners, a guy who as president bows to foreign kings - literally... set rules of engagement that prevented the effective rescue of the hostage. What seems to happen is that the onsite commander basically said "Screw the next promotion... waste the creeps on my authority".

Captain Philips took a bold risk, one that should have resulted in the immediate deaths of the pirates and his immediate rescue. WHY DIDN"T THE NAVY SHOOT THEN??? Not one single idiot from the lamestream media is asking any questions about this. surprise surprise.

IF, and I stress IF, since the story is not verified, If the story is true, then Captain Philips is alive today IN SPITE OF Barack Hussein Obama and not because of any action by Obama.

I just got a call from a new Chamber of Commerce member. The guy is a 'financial planner' and insurance salesman. I asked him how he was handling the possibility of Wiemar Republic or Zimbabwe like hyper inflation. You could hear the crickets chirping... Then I got "What do you think?" A few more minutes of discussion and I am absolutely sure this guy has no clue as to the possibility or impact of that type of hyper inflation.

So, I asked him about his thoughts on the Arentinian meltdown of 2000-2001. Again Chirp, chirp chirp...

I had a similar experience with another 'financial advisor' about 2 months ago.

I did have one guy at a business card exchange who went pale when I mentioned the Wiemar Republic. He said he had a bunch of 7 figure investors and none of them have asked that question. He was trying to hedge against the possibility for them.

So, perhaps this explains why president Marx.. I mean Obama is getting away with spending 4 trillion dollars in 90 days.. I can just hear it "Well, my financial advisor didn't say there was anything to worry about" The so called professionals that people are trusting with their life savings don't have the slightest clue as to the dangers posed by Obama's reckless spending.

These so called professionals probably couldn't tell you about the difference in Obama's predictions and those of the the CBO. (Look it up. It will scare the hell out of you)

Complacency bred of ignorance .... what could possibly go wrong???

PS - If your financial consultant does not fully understand the implications of hyper inflation then your assets are in real danger. Most of the youngsters in the field don't even remember the Jimmah Carter years with it's 20 percent or so inflation.

We are about 45 minutes away from a whole bunch of global wormers turning out their lights.

An "uh oh" moment just smacked me upside the head. I remembered reading a while back about how the grid works. The details are for smart people. However, there is a very delicate balancing act in providing power. The grid does not like sudden drops or surges in demand.

There is a real possibility that the sudden drop in demand could cause power outages. I'm not sure that it's a high probability because a lot of people will say "Da heck with this, I gotta do my wash"

However, if enough people jump on the bandwagon, the power companies will have 2 problems to deal with

1. A sudden drop in demand. The electricity that has been put in the wires has to go SOMEWHERE. Think of a nuke plant. You don't just turn the key and shut it down for an hour (Unless you want big glowing holes in the ground). The plant is up and running and generating power. SO, a couple of million aging hippies turn off the lights. Demand drops... Now what happens?? The plant has to take the generators offline while not screwing up the frequency of the electricity. Think about coal plants. How long does it take to warm up a boiler?? What do we do for that hour of lower demand?? We leave the boiler fired up but take the generators carefully offline. IOW, this stunt could cause problems and will not create ANY real savings. Oh, I suppose that some water upriver of Niagra Falls won't be used tonight. WOW!! just WOW!!

2. Now, after the earthers pay tribute to their new religion, they turn on their lights, power up their computers, throw a load of wash in the dryer etc. Ooops, the voltage starts to drop and the power companies desperately try to bring their generators back online without messing up the voltage and frequency. Brownouts and power spikes ruin millions of dollars of equipment in homes and businesses that will have to be replaced thus using energy and resources.. Way to go Wormers!!!!

So, this is the typical leftist idiocy. I sincerley hope you will be able to read this post at 931pm local time on Sunday and say.. "Hey the lights didn't go off"

However, just like every other liberal idiot idea, like gun control, this will make a lot of people feel good about themselves but at best case, will not help anything and, at worse case, throw us into a blackout for a week or two.

Now, this is a little scary. Apparently the obamaites are going to be knocking on your door asking you so sign a pledge supporting Obama.. (Ring any bells?? Wonder if they will have nifty little armbands).

So, what are the implications?? First of all, if you look at the video, you will see that they are going to enter the results into a database. The scary thing here is that a database of signers is, by default, a database of non-signers. In other words, if you refuse to sign the pledge, there will be a record of your actions because there will be no record of you signing it. The tinfoil hat wearers among us might be justifiably concerned that not signing could lead to things like keyed kars, broken windows or, possibly, given the fervor the obamites are whipping themselves into , midnight visits with people spilling unleaded gas on your doorstep.

What I'm talking about is the following

President Teleprompter was at a party with the Irish Prime Minister.
The Irish PM begins to read a speech from the Teleprompter and about 20 seconds in realizes he is reading Obama's Speech.
He hands the podium over to Obama.
HOWEVER, in the finest tradition of The Three Stooges, the teleprompter switched to the Irish PMs speech.
Obama starts reading that until he gets to the part where he is congratulating himself

AND THIS GUY IS THE LEADER OF OUR COUNTRY??? You 52 percenters have probably destroyed us.

I found this on drudgereport.com today. I appears that there is a listserv used by left wing journalists (sorry about the redundancy).. Anyway, Rush and Hannity have been doing audio clips over the past year or so that where they show media talking head after media talking head saying almost exactly the same thing.. Almost as if they were getting their marching orders from somewhere.

Well, the Politico has this story that talks about the existance of the listserv (A listserv is just a type of forum or discussion group). However this group maintains an aura of secrecy.

What happens when the economy undergoes a total meltdown?? It's know in some circles a TSHTF (the excrement impacted the rotary air movement device).

That very thing happened in Argentina in the early part of 2000. There is a very detailed post with a lot of great insight posted here.

Is Obama taking the economy beyond crush depth??

OK, I'm really starting to worry now.. There is a concept in submarines called 'crush depth'. Essentially it is the point where the hull can no longer withstand the pressure of the water (which increases as depth Increases). The result is a catastrophic implosion of the hull, the destruction of the sub and the death of the crew.

So, where are we with the economy? Less than half a year ago, the dow was somewhere around 13000. Ever since obama locked up the election, it has plummeted downward. As of this week, it was around 6500. Some of the numbers being thrown around by analysts are that it will bottom out at about 3500 or so.

The problem is that this is going to be pretty close to the crush depth for our economy. Take a look at what happened in Argentina just after 2000. They had a pretty sudden catastrpohic implosion of their economy. The result was a breakdown in most services and a lawless society.

The problem is that once we get to 3500, if we drop that low, there isn't any room for error. One terrorist attack or one unannounced failure and it's GAME OVER... NICE TRY.

The problem is that Captain Obama has the diving planes at full down, the ballast tanks full and the engine putting out full power while at a 45 degree down bubble.

What is needed, and what a Captain McCain would have done is full up on the planes, blow ballast, blow emergency and start heading up. How is this done in the economy??

Stop the Marxist crap already. Stop the talk about socialism and redistribution
Stop the nationalization of companies and the banks
Stop talking about punative taxation of the very people who create the jobs in this country.
Don't spend 4 trillion dollars on pork in your first 30 days.. That is more than the sum total of what was spent during this country's existence.
Throw the cap and trade BS in a deep dark hole, fill the hole in and never bring it up again. Cap and trade is the result of environmentalists fantasies. What it means is that emissions are capped and they have to trade other companies for the right to emit. Play that game if the economy ever recovers. Remember, this is the guy who proudly said he would 'bankrupt the coal companies'
Get an energy plan that goes beyond 'blow your tires and tune your car'. We had a chance to elect a team with real energy experience and we blew it.
Can the 'card check' program. This will take away the rights of workers to decide if they want a union and virtually force it on small business. I know several mom and pop operations who have fired all of their employes because they are scared to death of the implications of forced unionization.
Extend the Bush tax rollbacks.

Ok, that is a start. Business and personal investments are the key to getting out of this mess. Government is not the answer. The obama redistribution of wealth is a recipe for disaster. Just look at the market since he had the election locked up.

SEPTA SPENDS 200 MILLION STIMULUS

Obama made a comment the other day that he 'doesn't pay attention to daily ups and downs in the market." I have to dig that clip up and post it. The problem is, ever since his election was in the bag, the market has taken a steady, relentless dive down.

I think I figured something out. Those styrofoam columns that the Poseur in Chief used as a prop weren't Greek. He figured he would be Nero fiddling while Rome (America) burned.

If you listen to Hannity, you will hear his audio collage of Obama and "Crisis, we're in the worst crisis, This crisis, The worst crisis since the great depression, Crisis, This crisis".. Given that he never held an executive job, it's no wonder that he is clueless as far as leadership. Every time he opens his trap, the market drops another 200 points.

Call to action

Get on the phone and email and contact your two senators and your housecritter. Tell them to stop the insanity. Get your friends to start calling. Obama has run up more of a deficit in his first 30 days than GWB did in eight years. The moves obama are making are the same ones that caused what would have been a depression and recovery to be The Great Depression. If you punish the acheivers, they will not produce anymore. Obama is slaughtering the goose that laid the golden eggs of prosperity, freedom and liberty.

I hope you 52 percenters that voted for this clown are happy. He is succeeding in destroying a country that has met challenge after challenge.

The Iowa National Guard was planning to use the rural town of Arcadia for a mock 'invasion' to capture an 'arms dealer'. The idea was to seal off the town and then go door to door (supposedly with permission) and search houses. They would then cordon off areas and tighten things up.

The Guard had planned a four-day urban military operation in tiny Arcadia, Iowa, population 443, sending troops to take over the town and search door-to-door for a suspected weapons dealer.

Uh, remember that Obmaa said he wasn't going to take our guns away and that his people would sue anyone who said otherwise. ...Nothing to see here, move along.

"It will be important for us to gain the trust and confidence of the residents of Arcadia," Sgt. Mike Kots, readiness NCO for Alpha Company, told Carroll's Daily Times Herald. "We will need to identify individuals that are willing to assist us in training by allowing us to search their homes and vehicles and to participate in role-playing.

Folks, that sentence above should set off some alarm bells. It would seem to poor little untrained me, that this is a form of conditioning or indoctrination.. Let's get the people used to searches by folks in fatigues and carrying AR-15's covered by a Browning .50 from a hummer. This is wrong on so many levels.

Kots described the original operation to the Herald as set to begin on Thursday, April 2, with reconnaissance and exploratory patrols. On April 4 convoys were to be deployed from the armory in Carroll to nearby Arcadia, where soldiers would knock on doors, showing a picture of the invented "arms dealer."

"Once credible intelligence has been gathered," said Kots, "portions of the town will be road-blocked and more in-depth searches of homes and vehicles will be conducted in accordance with the residents' wishes.

Sorry, but in my book, you do NOT have the right to set up arbitrary roadblocks on American streets for practice. Do that somewhere else on a military reservation. Other neat parts of this include a blackhawk for crowd control

There is an interesting story in the Philly Burbs about Congressman Patrick Murphy of the 8th District.

When Murphy was running against Michael Fitzpatrick, he made a big issue of campaign contributions that had come from people associated with Abramoff.

However, we now find that Murphy has ties to Murtha (you know, the guy who was calling our troops 'murderers', the guy who just barely avoided being nailed by Abscam, they guy who called his constituents Rednecks).. Murphy supported Murtha as Speaker of the house.

Companies would pour massive donations into Murphy's campaign funds, then Murphy seems to have sent millions in earmarks their way

Murphy has brought home at least $5.6 million in earmarks for PMA clients, including one that's partnered with Kuchera. Schwartz has received $31,500 from PMA and she, too, has arranged earmarks for its clients.

So, Murphy is lining his campaign chest with money that is indirectly taken from YOUR pockets.

Keep in mind that Murphy is a huge obama supporter. No wonder he wanted the stimulus package, that will mean a whole lot more of OUR money for him to pass around to his friends (in exchange for campaign contributions)

Lest you believe that this is a one time incident, keep in mind that Murphy has never expressed any outrage for democratic shenanigans such as Charlie Rangells failure to pay taxes, Cold Cash Jefferson's 90k, Pelosi giving her husband 10k of campaign money etc.

If you care at all about this country please read the Burbs Article - It shows just how much of a part of Washington's Kleptocracy Murphy is.

Upcoming card check and a tale of two resorts - One Union, One NonUnion

We are on vacation at a large resort in a southern state (Resort A). The 400 plus rooms of the hotel are booked for the weekend. There is a similar resort within one hundred miles( Resort B). We were talking to one of the staff at our hotel and asked about the other hotel.

He said that Resort B was having a lot of troubles. As we got into a discussion he said that Resort B was unionized. Apparently they have had strikes that have really disrupted the business. Resort A is doing OK. They are NOT unionized. Supposedly Resort B had to lay off about 75 percent of their staff.

We had checked pricing for the two resorts. Resort A was about 30-40 percent less expensive than Resort B. A good part of this is probably higher labor costs resulting from being unionized.

Our 13 yo son was asking about what was going on. Here is part of my explaination

Unions were important in helping to offset the excesses of business. However they have gone way beyond that.
Unions often seem to feel that it is the workers (and the union bosses) who deserve the lions share of the profits and that the owners should receive a minimal return
Unions keep putting increasing demands on business in terms of wages and limitations on the work they do.
When the unions don't get what they want, they go on strike.
The problem with strikes and the resorts business is that the companies and organizations that hold annual meetings usually return to the same place year after year. There is a lot of planning and expense involved in holding these meetings. If these meetings can't be held due to a strike, then the organizations will most likely change the location of all future meetings. This will decrease the revenues to the resort. As the revenues go down, there is a good chance of bankruptcy ending up with an abandonded building. (and no jobs for anyone anymore. )
Another issue with Unionized resorts is that, when you are at a convention, you need to have union labor for the most simple tasks like plugging in a projector or carrying displays into the hall. Eventually the union rules become ridiculous.

Now, for the big one... The problem is the Card Check that obama wants to foist down the throats of America. When this is implemented this means that there will no longer be secret ballots when voting to unionize or not unionize.

Here is how that can play out. Consider the following: The card check gets passed. The unions see a fat juicy target in the non union Resort A. Currently, if they were to get the union members to vote, it would be in a secret ballot.

After Card Check is law, then there is no secret ballot. The workers who will be voting will be visited by two big hairy union guys

Guy One: " Hey, so, is youse gonna sign dis saying you want a union?"

Worker: "Well, I'm not sure"

Guy Two "Nice house you got here.. Be a shame if anyting happened to it.. or your kids"

Guy one "Look, when we get in we're gonna remember who was our friend if you know what I mean. It'd be a shame if youse was out of work and your kids fell off da swings at da playground if you know what I mean/Is youse fire insurance all paid up.?"

Worker "OK, OK, here, lemme sign.. yeah, I want a union"

This will be repeated over and over. many of the union workers who are pushing the democrats to shove this down our throats will find themselves out of a job. Of course, it will be the fault of the evil business owners and the Republicans.

Overheard at Dinner - The true nature of Marxism

First of all, I know it is rude to listen to the conversations of others. However, in this case the people had loud, carrying voices and, more importantly, what they were saying was riveting.

We were at dinner. A group of people were having a pretty animated discussion. One of the couples had visited Moscowduring the cold war. They were telling the story of what it was like to visit a socialist utopia. Some of the highlights were

How dismal and bleak the cities were.
That the americans were searched entering and leaving their hotel floor.
That they had proof that the rooms were bugged.
That the 'amenities' were definitley third world
Taking a picture resulted in a militiaman with a bayonette tipped rifle confiscating the camera.
That the food was horrendous.

In summary, they described a society that was bleak and devoid of trust. As tourists, they would have had some of the best available goods which they described as far below our standards. You had assume that every word you spoke was being monitored.

I kept thinking "People in this country are glorifying our march toward socialism". I leaned over to my son and told him that while it might be rude to listen to other people's conversations, he should remember this one.

Socialism/Communism never worked, yet we 52% of the country has fallen in love with it.

It is going to take WEEKS for my blood pressure to return to normal.

There are allegations that two Wilkes Barre area Judges unjustly imprisoned juveniles in return for kickbacks from the organization running the prisons. The AP story is here.

Rush and the timing of the September 08 Financial Meltdown

Take a look at Rush's site. He is questioning the timing of the financial collapse and also the fact that it was caused by the sudden withdraw of 500 billion dollars in one hour. That means, if I get it right, someone or something caused a half a trillion dollars to be pulled out of the market in a 60 minute span. I'm not an expert on the markets, but something sounds fishy here.

On Thursday at about 11 o'clock in the morning the Federal Reserve noticed a tremendous drawdown of money market accounts in the United States, to the tune of $550 billion was being drawn out in a matter of an hour or two.

Folks. Now that Obama is in, there will NEVER be an investigation of this. Someone did a Pearl Harbor on us in order to ensure Obama's Election,. One thing that bothered me was that McCain was in a crisis mode while Obama was sitting back, taking a break and a smoke. One has to wonder if Obama was so calm because he already knew what was happeneing and that it was an orchestrated crisis.

Here is a shocker from Michael Savage. A caller who is supposed to be a conservative democrat called in claiming that Obama is trying to implement a massive jobs patronage system that would "Be larger than the army"

The basic idea is that you get millions of people dependent on you for patronage jobs. In so doing , you can be sure that they will toe the party line because of fear of losing that job.

Michael Savage claims this will be the end of one party rule in the country. Think about it. How does Mayor Daley maintain such a tight hold over Chicago?? A good part of the answer is patronage .

I had heard elsewhere (don't remember the source) that a lot of the 'stimulus' package was designed to provide money for just this type of thing. The caller Bob, says that the reason that the 'stimulus' package was spread out over a number of years was so that the money will be available prior to elections. Savage mentions that Daley will not say how much Chicago is getting because he doesn't want "newspapermen digging around"

Geithner, US Currency and "Tax Cheat"

First of all, let me state that I am NOT advocating that anyone take the illegal action of defacing US currency. That would be illegal and far worse than not paying over 30 grand in Taxes.

However, I heard someone come up with an interesting idea. Suppose that the decent people of this country take every single paper bill they find that bears the signature of the Tax Cheating Secretary of Treasury and pen in the words TAX CHEAT above Geithner's Signature.

That would be a huge embarassment for the Obama Administration while it would serve to remind the American Public of just what a dirtball was put in the office of SecTreas.

Again, we wouldn't do that because it would be illegal. Just like the acorn fraud, just like the illegal overseas donations to obama, just like the rezko-obama-hospital board deal etc. No, I am not advocating doing it, I'm just indulging in speculation as to the effect of 98% of the currency in circulation with Geithner's signature having TAX CHEAT above his name. That would be terribly embarassing.

so, DON"T DO IT, you can think about it but don't do it. Warn your friends and neighbors not to do this. After all, it would be truth in advertising and we can't have that.

The stimulus package is a bunch of garbage. Spending money willy nilly will NOT stimulate the economy. If you wanted to jump start the economy, you could simply put a hold on the Captital Gains Tax and reduce other taxes. The best way to stimulate the economy is to allow the private sector to decide how to allocate resources.

So, I suppose to reward the 'patriotism' of these three Rinos, Obama could ask Putin to send over a dozen or so "Order of Lenin" Medals.

So Arlen, Until you get your official medal, please feel free to print this out and pin it to your suit.

The other night I dreamt of Barack Obama. He was taking a shower right when I needed to get into the bathroom to shave my legs, and then he was being yelled at by my husband, Max, for smoking in the house. It was not clear whether Max was feeling protective of the president’s health or jealous because of the cigarette.

So, she is fantasyzing about having a naked obama in her house and basically saying her husband is a cuckold beta male who is basically OK with it except for the smoking (I thing the connotation of cigarettes after sex is intentional)

We also have puke inducing comments such as

Many women — not too surprisingly — were dreaming about sex with the president.

Well surprise, surprise, he is after all screwing the country and future generations.

A Michigan Senator is pushing to hold hearings on the so called "Fairness Doctrine". If enacted, this bill would effectively kill talk radio forcing Limbaugh, Hannity, Boortz, Beck and others off the air.

The premise is that conservative talk radio would have to offer the same amount of air time to liberals as they do to conservatives. The problem is that no one listens to liberal talk as proven by the failure of Air America. Radio stations would lose about half their revenue and would either be forced to abandon the format or fail.

I heard Hannity the other day. I have never heard him so angry. I doubt it was about the threat to his job as he came for poor roots and probably has enough stashed away that it wouldn't matter. What I did hear was the righteous indignation that I can imagine would have been heard in the Taverns of Philadelphia, Williamsburg and Boston in the early 1700's. Stabenow has declared war on Talk Radio and Talk Radio is ready to fight back.

Here are some things for your consideration (ie random thoughts)

The lamestream media is horrendously biased. Look at remarks by Chris "tingly Leg" Matthews and others. They are almost 100% in the tank for Obama and the leftists.

The fourth estate has become a fifth column and derlict in their duty to report the extent of the Pork in the so called "Stimulus Bill". As people find out that it is stuffed like a pork sausage, the bill is losing support. Talk Radio is one of the main ways the info is getting out.

Can you imagine Neal Boortz or Limbaugh testifying before congress?? I don't think they would have the guts.

This is a serious attack on our Constitution and Bill or Rights. Obama will try to pack the Supreme Court with jurists who are Left of Lenin. Once they silence talk radio, that is one ammendment down, 9 to go. The second ammendment will be right behind.

There is a conflict of interest with Stabenow. Her husband is heavily involved in the Leftist Media. This bill would be a boon for him.

Just a side note - Stabenow's hubby was recently busted for using the services of a hooker during a sting operation. Guess what, like any good liberal democrat, he was given a free pass.

Call to action: Contact the Senator and voice your opposition to this bill. I would be verbose in your email since I beleive that all emails would have to be screened by a staffer and not a bot. Obama keeps talking about 'global warming' and he is appointing some people to positions of real power who have bought into this. Meanwhile our congress wasted time listening to blowhard AlGore give his spew about Global Warming.. Algore - a guy who is making tens of millions of dollars from this charade.

So, why am I a Glueball Warming Skeptic??? Simple.. Here are a couple of facts to chew on

Great parts of North America were covered by huge, two mile thick, sheets of ice just 10,000 years ago.

Mankind did not exist in sufficient numbers at that time and did not have the technology to influence the climate.

Many people have no clue that the Great Lakes were created by an ice sheet just 10,000 years ago. The last of the sheet didn't recede until about 5000 years ago.

The ice sheets have been slowly and surely receeding over the last 10000 years. The Industrial age only started in the 1800's or so. No matter how much the cult of global warming doom tries, there is no way that they could show a legitimate cause and effect relationship between man and the receeding ice sheets.

Here is a video showing the effects of handgun bans in England. At about 4:45 the story of Tony Martin is told. Tony's house was being broken into and he killed one and wonded the other. The two dirtballs had 29 and 33 convictions respectively. Tony Martin was sentenced to life imprisonment. The surving dirtball is free while Tony is still in prison. The dirtball is going to sue Tony using public money.

Now, with obama and his team of tax dodging leftists in office, we need to increase our vigilance.

The lamestream media is really trying to spin this one for their beloved, dear leader. The spin is that "it's only a small matter about car use"... BOVINE EXCREMENT on that.

The truth of the matter is that the guy Obama is trying to put in as the head of Health and Human Services, the guy who can ruin our healthcare system by socializing it, is a guy who 'forgot' to pay taxes on about a quarter of a million dollars of income.

It goes way beyond the vehicle thing into consulting income and other income streams. Note that Daschle didn't 'find his mistake' until January 2009 when he was trying to get confirmed for the HHS position.

So, Call your senators.. Apparently our DEMOCRAT senator, Bob Casey, didn't see a darn thing wrong with putting Tim "I'm too stupid to use Turbotax" Geithner in as SecTreas... a guy who also didn't pay his taxes... So, there is little hope that Casey will get any sudden injection of ethics but... it is worth a try. Remind him that we WILL remember at the next election...

Heck, we'd be well on our way to solving the Federal budget shortfall if these democrats would just pay their taxes..

So, the obama administration is picking some winners... First of all, Herr Geitner... The Treasury Secretary Nominee who failed to pay his fair share of taxes. Wasn't it Crazy Joe Biden who said it was 'patriotic' to pay a lot of taxes.. So, by Jumpin Joe's reasoning, the SecTres nominee is unpatriotic.

Then Geitner goes on to blame Turbotax... ie admitting that he was too stupid to figure out the program and pay the proper taxes.

CALL TO ACTION - Get on the phone, email and whatever and contact your senators and make it clear that, in no uncertain terms, they should vote against confirming this guy. http://www.senate.gov/ will get your to your senators.

How can you have a guy in a position of this power who is either incompetent or a cheat. Obama is trying to tell us that this is the smartest guy and the only possible pick.. HUH?? With competence like that, let's ressurect Larry Moe and Curly and at least have a few laughs in the process.

Think about the congative disconnect here. Obama says this guy is smart and we would assume he is trying to tell us this guy is honest. However, the facts point to him being either dishonest or stupid.

Also, one needs to wonder why a guy in his position doesn't use an Accountant?? There are a couple of possible explainations

He overestimates his ability.. Gee put a guy like that in as SecTreas and WHAT COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG???
He Deliberately Cheated and didn't want an accountant involved - Yep, that would fit right in with the Chicago Thuggery brand of politics.

3. He testifies against Obama, then gets Biden declared incompetent
4. As speaker of the house, he becomes POTUS.

6. He then fires fitzie and grants himself a pardon.

Think of all the valuable &^#$*ing things he could control as POTUS....

I've heard people say "This is so wrong on so many levels"

The short take is that Czar Barack and Czarina Michelle took the family on a little vacation to Hawaii (Checking to make sure that the ink dried on the birth cert perhaps??)

Anyway, we all deserve a vacation... However.... here are the issues

Obama chartered a 767 to get there.. Not a Gulfstream or something like that, but a HUGE carbon belching 767. I thought that the planet was dying and we were all going to drown in melted ice from the icecaps. Didn't Czar Barack say he would 'bankrupt the coal industry'?
The Romanovs... er Obamas will be staying in a 9 million dollar mansion.. Pretty cool to be living it up when the rest of the country is in an economic crisis... a crisis caused largely by the very people who are now Czar Baracks right hand men and women and transgendered entities.

OK, so , why is this wrong??? Well, let's take a look

There is the hypocrasy on the global warming nonsense... If we are in such a crisis that Czar Obama picks a global warming nutball to be his 'science advisor' then why the heck it obama chartering a jet that emits tons of carbon?? huh??? Any ideas anyone??
Who paid for the jet?? Obama isn't even in office yet and already his administration is tainted by the odor of corruption regarding the sale of the senate seat. I think the american people deserver to know who paid for the dang thing. It's not exactly like renting a puddle jumper at Hertz. Who does Obama owe a favor to for that one.??
Ditto for the mansion.. If Obama is paying for that stuff out of his pocket then I believe it is obvious that our senators are Waaaaaaay overpaid.
What about the tax implications??? If someone gives you something worth a lot of money at less than market value don't you have to report that as income???

Illinois Governor Blagojevich arrested

This is an interesting turn of events.. Illinois Governor Blagojevich was arrested today for "Pay to Play" schemes.

First off, the most hideous allegation was that Blagojevich tried to pull back funding for a Children's hospital because they would not give him a 50 grand bribe.. Screwing CHILDREN because the hospital wouldn't give him a bribe.. What a dirtball.

The next allegation was that he was trying to sell the US Senate seat vacated by Obama.

Here's where things get interesting.

Obama stated that He was not in touch with the Governor regarding his vacant senate seat. HOWEVER, an interview with Axelrod after the election has Axelrod saying that Obama was in touch with the Governor regarding the seat.

How much of an effect this will have on Obama remains to be seen. Fitzpatrick, at the press conference said that the complaint does not name Obama. However, Obama's name came up repeatedly in the complaint.

One aside here, Blagojevich has to win the "Stupid criminal of the decade" award. If you know the feds, especially Fitzpatrick, are watching you, you are an idiot if you talk about illegal actions on your phone. This guy is dumber than a sack of dog poo.

Back to Obama. If he was aware of the attempt to sell his old seat and didn't report it to the authorities, then he might well be cooked. This is also tied in with Tony Rezko and the Rezko-obama land deal. Things can get really interesting.

This leads to some open questions. I had posted a while back about the possibility of Obama being indicted prior to the election. I don't think the odds are high that this will happen BUT it IS in the realm of possibility. So, suppose Obama is indicted. I don't think that there is anything in the Constitution that would prevent him from taking office. I may be wrong on that.

What would have to happen would be articles of impeachment and a trial in the house. With the current "Most ethical congress evah" we would be more likely to see Britney Spears become a nun. I also doubt that obama would do the Dick Nixon thing and step down voluntarily.

So, if he is implicated in this, we would have a major constitutional crisis as to who would be president. I don't think that Bush would want to stay on. That would be a powder keg. There is a possibility that , if Obama were disqualified prior to the electoral college meeting, McCain could be chosen. If it is after inauguration, then Joe "Gird your Loins" Biden would be our new Prez.

There are some implications if Obama is indicted. Keep in mind that he IS part of the Chicago Machine and that Fitzpatrick is acting like a shark with blood in the water. So, what happens if there is a pre-inauguration indictment (Picture the Drudgereport with the flashing siren and OBAMA INDICTED).. First off, there will be some unrest, mabye extensive unrest. Heck, people riot when their dumb ball teams win. The other aspect is that the stock market will probably take a huge nosedive. If the control of the presidency is quickly established with McCain, Biden or Pelosi (ugggg) as POTUS, then we should see a bounce back. Most likely, the market might reach back up to the pre-election levels if investors no longer fear the socialist, redistributionist mindset of obama.

So, thanks to the 52% of america who voted for hopey-changey.. He hasn't even taken office yet and we are looking at the possibility of major turmoil.

Oh, one final thing.. Look for the press to try to marginalize this. Already MSNBC has moved the Blagojevich story to a corner of their page with the Auto makers story back to taking up the major part of the screen real estate. There are some serious questions about the process of vetting POTUS to make sure that the person sitting as president of the United States is actually qualified to do so.

One of the glaring things that has come out is that there is apparently no vetting of presidential candidates. The Donofrio case makes this clear. One of the candidates on the ballot is definitely not a natural born citizen. He was born in Nicaragua of parents who were not US citizens.

Supposedly it is the responsibility of the Secretaries of State of the various states to examine the credentials to make sure that the people on the ballot are actually qualified to be on the ballot.

Donofrio is suing the Secretary of State of New Jersey for not properly vetting the candidates. There is every likelyhood that the Supreme Court of the US will be derelict in their duty on Monday December 8, 2008 and not hear the case. If that happens Dec 8 2008 will be a new day that will live in infamy.

So, here is a simple solution for the red states if SCOTUS does not hear the case. Get all of the Red State Secretaries of State to do a thorough vetting process for the 2012 elections beginning with the presidential primaries. Make all of the presidential and VP candidates show their credentials.

Now, suppose a democratic usurper tries to sneak in as POTUS. If only a couple of states throw him or her off the ballot the mainstream media can no longer refuse to cover it.

The problem here is that Obama's credentials have so many holes in them it looks like lace.

Let me finish by saying that, if he shows his credentials, and SCOTUS decides he meets the requirement, then the matter should drop. However, if SCOTUS decides not to on the 8th, then we will have a person sitting as POTUS whose credentials have had less scrutiny than a janitor emptying wastecans in a DOD office. ... Enter the twighlight zone...

Wonder why the market has dropped over 10 percent since the election on Dec 4? Marketwatch has an article about the upcoming SCOTUS conference regarding Obama's eligibility to be president.

If the case does go to the full Supreme Court, expect the market to drop like a rock, at least temporarily, due to the uncertainty.

HOWEVER, the integrity of our Constitution is at stake. If the Supreme Court chooses to ignore this issue then we will have no checks and balances to ensure that the person sitting as president is actually eligible to do so. If that happens, it's all downhill from there folks.

Clarence Thomas will hear arguments from Donofrio today. The essence of the case is that the Secretary of State of NJ did not properly vet Obama's eligibility to be on the ballot.

Here is a brief outline of what is happening

The US Constitution is very clear about eligibility for various positions including POTUS.
There are several possible ways that obama might have disqualified himself for eligibillity.

He may have been born in Kenya
The fact that his father was a british citizen at birth may have given him dual citizenship
Obama travelled to Pakistan at a time when American Cizens were prohibited from doing so. That is an indication that he could hold a dual citizenship (Brit, indonesian or kenyan)
When Obama lived in Indonesia and was adopted by his mother's second husband, Soweto, he probably had indonsesian citizenship. The question is did he take the proper steps to retain his US citizenship and eligbilitly for POTUS.

Obama's campaign posted a short form birth certificate as 'proof' that everything is in order. HOWEVER, there is a long form or 'vault copy' that would be more authoritative AND Atlasshrugs posted a pretty convincing argument that the document posted was a photoshop forgery.
Obama's defenders point to a statement from hawaii that his certificate 'was valid'. However there are a number of ways that the certificate could be valid but the information on it precludes obama from the presidency.
Obama has spend somewhere around 800 thousand dollars to prevent the disclosure of his birth certificate. hmmmmm

So, where are we now. Somewhere around 52 percent of the country voted for Obama. The conservative side is split on the birth certificate issue. So, perhaps less than 5 percent of the country is interested in pursuing this.

The founding fathers put the citizenship requirements into the Constitution for a reason. They wanted to make sure that the president's loyalty was to this country only. Keep in mind that this was at a time when the presidency had far less power than it does today.

If I understand the process correctly, then Clarence Thomas would be able to take the issue before the full Supreme Court. They could force the NJ SOS to validate Obama's eligibility.

Now, suppose that Obama refuses to comply. My guess is that, at worst, he could lose New Jersey's electoral votes. That would still give him enough to win. However, the questions about his eligbility could no longer be ignored.

Suppose that this does result in a disqualification of Obama to be POTUS? As I understand it, if it happens before the votes are cast in the Electoral College, the votes would go to McCain. If it happens afterward (maybe after inauguaration day) then Biden would become Prez.

A disqualification of Obama would probably lead to some really nasty rioting. However, the fear of that is no reason to ignore the Constitiuion.

All Obama has to do to put this to rest is to release his long form vault copy from Hawaii.

Make no mistake, one of the agenda items of the Leftist democrats is to reduce, and then eliminate, the private ownership of firearms.

The recent tragedy in India highlights the folly of gun banning, especially in light of jihadist attacks. The murdering terrorists had weapons including submachine guns and grenades. As far as I know, the people of India do not have any right to carry weapons. The tourists definitely would not be armed. The terrorists knew this and it made their jobs a lot easier.

Had this happened in a state such a Pennsylvania or Texas where the citizens are allowed to exercise their right to self defense, things may have turned out differently. I have no illusions about the survivability of someone taking on multiple terrorists armed with semi auto of full auto weapons with a handgun. Your individual odds of survival would not be that great. However, keep in mind that the terrorists would not know who was armed. Some of them would be hit and killed.

The Belfast Telegraph had a story with a poignant headline "I wish I'd had a gun, not a camera. Armed police would not fire back" For some insane reason, the armed police at the station would not fire at the terrorists.

Mr D'Souza had already seen two gunmen calmly stroll across the station concourse shooting both civilians and policemen, many of whom, he said, were armed but did not fire back.

I can't imagine what type of mentality or idiotic rules of engagement would prevent police from returning fire. This incident also indicate the absurdity of 'gun free zones'. Yep folks, a sign and a law will keep the devoted followers of allah from seeking their 72 virgins.. Yesiree. That sign works just like a crucifix on Dracula. They will quiver in fear when they see that sign and meekly drop their weapons.. As stupid as it sounds, that is the reality of gun free zones. All they do is guarantee a shooting gallery for jihadists because only the decent citizens will be disarmed.

But what angered Mr D'Souza almost as much were the masses of armed police hiding in the area who simply refused to shoot back. "There were armed policemen hiding all around the station but none of them did anything," he said. "At one point, I ran up to them and told them to use their weapons. I said, 'Shoot them, they're sitting ducks!' but they just didn't shoot back."

Apparently there were opportunities for the local Keystone Kops to take down at least a couple of the bad guys. Again, there could be a number of reasons.. poor training, cowardice or rules of engagement. There is also the absurd possibility that they had no ammo for the firearms they were carrying. Whatever the reason, the people in that station were slaughtered because no one had the means or ability to take action.

"I told some policemen the gunmen had moved towards the rear of the station but they refused to follow them. What is the point if having policemen with guns if they refuse to use them? I only wish I had a gun rather than a camera."

An idiotic 52% of this country voted in one of the most anti gun presidents. Obama voted against protecting citizens who used a firearm in self defense. We have a bunch of pansy gun grabbers in the house and senate. Thanks to the hopey-changey voters, we will have liberal anti gun judges and prosecuters. Unless this is reversed, we will end up as helpless as the victims in Mumbai.

Even if you don't want to carry, imagine when obama, reid and pelosi rape the second ammendment. Picture yourself standing helplessly as a terrorist with a semi auto carbine calmly aims at your 10 year old daughter and pulls the trigger shattering her abdomen. Then he shifts fire to your 12 year old son and hits him with a burst. The full metal jacketed bullets rip his abdomen but don't kill him instantly. He screams in blinding pain. As your wife tries to hold her children, the jihadist puts a short burst into her. He's 15 feet away and you have nothing to use as a weapon. The next rounds impact your chest. You die while he cooly shifts fire to the next set of victims. ... a man who would have been carrying concealed had the laws allowing self defense not been weakened.... a man who is raging at the thought that 52 percent of the country was idiotic enough to fall for the hopey changey empty rhetoric of an empty suit. Meanwhile Oprah and her family survive because the elite will be allowed to keep their armed body guards.

Can a civilian take on terrorists?? As I said earlier, you will stand a good chance at collecting on your life insurance policy. However, I know a lot of people at our range that fire more rounds in a week than the average city cop fires in a year. A few armed citizens in the hotels and train stations of Mumbai might have made a difference.

Maybe the markets don't like the idea of a Marxist/Socialist in office. Yes Virginia, Obama is a Marxist Socialist. Uncertainty drives stock prices down. Investors pull their money and put it into hard assets such as gold. Some of them will take their money and move it and themselves offshore.
The mortgage crisis, created mostly by democrats and their liberal policies, has become one of the first dominos to fall. Congress decided to buy votes with our hard earned tax money by literally giving homes away to those who could not afford them. Lenders were afraid to refuse mortgages to people who had no business borrowing the money.
There is some blame to be placed on 'corporate' greed and mismanagement.
Once the bailout trough was available, everyone is asking for some. The automakers have had to endure skyrocketing union wages and conditions as well as vacillation federal policies. Guess what, they are in trouble?
There is fair about the Supreme Court appointments. Right now a lot of decisions go 5-4 or 4-5. With just one radical appointment, the supreme court turns into a wet dream for trial lawyers but a nightmare for business.

The markets know what 52 percent of the American public did not know or consider. One candidate had a record of stablility and over 22 years of Military experience combined with over 20 years in the Senate. The other candidate had 143 days in the US Senate and no executive experience. He inflames that with a history of marxist/socialist leanings.

One thing I am afraid of is that there are a lot of people out there, especially the 'yes we can' and 'change we need' crowd that are in denial about the economy. Once people start figuring out how much the economy has tanked, there might be some backlash. I was at a business card exchange and was talking with a Financial advisor. This guy has clients with 6 and 7 figure investments. I mentioned that our son had asked if the market could ever go to zero. I explained that it most likely wouldn't but it didn't have to go to zero for a breakdown. However there was the possibility of hyperinflation similar to the Weimar republic or Zimbabwe. The Fund advisor looked straight at me and said "You know Chris, the scary thing is that only one of my clients has asked about hyperinflation". So, we literally have millionaires out there that aren't versed in history. I guess that is a good thing. If the economy can be turned around, and there are a lot of reasons it can, then they will end up blissfully unaware of their narrow escape.

What will happen?

No one knows for sure. However, we need to look at the possibilities and a couple of scenarios

Obama realizes he is in the big leagues. He has to drop the nonsense about restructuring basketball playoffs and restructuring the olympics as the obmalympics and actually start doing things. the right things. He will have to go middle of the road with his cabinet and supreme court pics. He will have to make that clear through actions and press conferences. Essentially he has to publically disavow his marxist roots. IF he does that, there is a possibility that the markets will stabilize. Who knows the numbers, but let's say it plateus at 5000 and begins a steady climb.
Scenario 2 - We keep diving like the USS Thresher. At some point we reach 'crush depth' and the economy implodes like Argetina. We have a breakdown in society, possible martial law and possibly worse.
Scenario 3 - The government just starts printing money and we end up with hyperinflation like Zimbabwe or the Weimar republic. That will also create a huge mess.

Keep in mind that many believe that government attempts to tinker ended up extending the Great Depression. Let's hope that Obama and his advisors realize that he can make a difference at this point and undo some of the damage.

If she take Secstate, that position will probably adversely affect any 2012 run for Potus for her (1) she will be working for barry (2) He can send her and bill off to Moldavia, Bolivia, LUxemburg etc. Get her out of the country for 4 years.
If there are any major debacles, Barryo can point the finger at Hillary, who happens to be his most likely 2012 primary rival (assuming we have elections in 2012)
BarryO's team of lawyers can go over Hill and Bill's finances and connections with a fine tooth comb. The 60 Question obama job application is nothing compared to the scrutiny they will face. Anything they find will surely be held over Hill's head like the Sword of Demostlecles. (I know... bad analogy)

I rarely read Debbie Schlussel but Rodger at Curmudgeonly and Skeptical had a story and link. The essence is that there are questions about the authenticity of the Selective Service Card supposedly signed by Obama.

Schlussel and a former fed analyzed the selective service document. Because of my birthdate, I never had to register so I don't have any firsthand experience with the documents. However, Schlussel points out a number of possible discrepancies.

Once again, the refusal of Obama to release critical documents is what feeds this type of speculation. There are lists on the net showing about 10 or 15 items that he has either had sealed or refuses to release. Compare and contrast that with John McCains instant production of his birth and medical records when asked.

Also keep in mind that it appears that there is NO REQUIREMENT FOR A BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION of a POTUS. That is absolutely insane if it is true. You cannot get a clerical DOD position without a thorough investigation.

So, where will this go. One thing that annoys the bejabbers out of me is the "Oh, we could never declare him ineligible because there would be unrest"... That is a dangerous and lame argument. I remember a certain republican president by the name of Richard Millhouse Nixon who was forced to resign from the presidency. I don't remember anyone in my neighborhood or circles calling for riots.. In fact, I remember members of my family, staunch republicans, saying "It looks like he's guilty so he has to go". Republican senators have been thrown out of office - Randy Duke Cunningham for one. Ted Stevens from alaska has been indicted. So, sorry, that dog don't hunt.

I was listening to Dom Giordana today on 1210 am in philly. Dom had Rick Santorum on. I only caught part of the interview since (1) Santorum annoyed the heck out of me and (2) I was listening online and the player was pegging my processor.

I don't know where to start here. I previously had a lot of respect for Santorum but he managed to wreck that in less than 2 minutes.

He insinuated that Gov. Palin wasn't qualified as VP because she wasn't Ivy League educated. I am getting Dang sick and tired of Ivy League lawyers on BOTH sides of the aisle and their country club snobbery. It was a bunch of these Ivy league genii that got us into our current mess. Gov Palin certainly has more executive experience than Biden and Obama combined.

He slammed Gov. Palin's excutive experience with the "Alaska is a small state" BS. HEY RICK... YOU FORGOT TO MENTION OBAMA HAD ZERO EXECUTIVE EXPERIENCE. .. I am getting sick and tired of these so called conservatives trashing a true conservative. What are you afraid of Rickie?

He then slammed the McCain-Palin Campaign... So here we are about 2 minutes into the interview and he has been bashing conservatives and McCain. Check this out.. Contributions to US campaigns from foreign nationals are illegal. There was a lot of evidence that the obama campaign was not preventing illegal campaign donations from overseas contributors.

Here is a video of a Brit Comedian Eddie Izzard ADMITTING to illegally donating money to Obama... Yep.. Admitting to illegal campaign contributions. His admission comes in the first 30 seconds or so of the segment.

Carl Cameraon of fox news was interview by Shep and O'reilly.. He's relating some 'anonymous' sources trying to discredit Palin.. They are trying to say that she didn't know Africa was a country, that she didn't know who was in Nafta and she greeted the staffers in a bathrobe.

First of all, I don't believe any of this. I ran my wife's state senate campaign and I know that you are often multitasking. IOW, you aren't always paying full attention to staff and volunteers.

With apologies to Within Temptation... The following is not their official video. It is a remix..

I stumbled onto this band a couple of months ago. It's genre is known as Sympohnic Goth. One of the weird things is that a bunch of their songs are about a deceiver. This does not seem to be any type of satanic tribute but rather a warning which is a little bit out of pace with Goth stuff.

So, Here is the video. It starts with excerpts from Winston Churchill's Solemn Hour Speech. It goes on with videos of Hitler's early days and the ecstatic crowds. Then it ends up with German forces marching into France.

Well, that is certainly gloomy. Keep in mind how the left has treated dissent during the campaign. We will probably only get one more chance at redemption. Perhaps 2012... perhaps something else. However, if we fail at that point, the roots will be well entrenched.
